Here’s a story from my own experience.
I was waitlisted for my dream school. Two months of waiting felt like an eternity. I moved on and prepared for my second option.
But then, just one day before I was set to begin at the alternate school, I received an email: my dream school had a slot for me.
Despite the agony of the 2-month wait, my dream school is ultimately for me.
It was a reminder that good things happen to those who wait, even with the doubt that comes with it.
Regardless of pain and uncertainty, dreams do come true for those who persistently cling to hope and faith in the process.
Patience, like a seedling, slowly grows,
It takes time; the bloom is slow.
Just trust in the passing weeks,
For the wait, like dawn’s light, softly creeps.
Who knows? Perhaps the reason you’re waiting is because the universe is preparing something even bigger and better for you.
Maybe the delay is simply a test of your patience and resilience, or perhaps it’s an opportunity to strengthen your character and prepare you for the challenges ahead.
Whatever the reason, it is important to trust in the process and have faith that everything is happening for a reason.
Trust that the wait is necessary and that good things will come eventually.
